Sketchbook drawing & experimenting with shapes

I wanted to share some images of my latest sketchbook drawing. In the UK this week, we have had some much needed sunshine and this has prompted me to draw some ‘summery’ flowers!

This drawing reminds me of the 1970’s wallpaper you used to get in the typical orange and brown combo.

I love how I felt brave enough to just go for it on the petals, and how they don’t look as silly as I thought they would…well, not to me anyway!

This page was from sketchbook, I’m thinking of creating into a colouring sheet. I want to colour it in so many different colours!!!

Well I hope these little drawing will brighten up your week! Lets hope the sunshine continues for a bit longer…..
